Refund Rules and Procedure for claims
1. Cancellation of tickets by passengers:
- User can not be able to cancel the ticket taken from KIOSK.
- The ticket will valid for a calander day.
- No refund is allowed for not travelling or not cancelling a ticket.
1. Non-Refundable Top-Up Amount
- All amounts added to the card through the top-up service are strictly non-refundable. Once a top-up transaction is completed, the funds added to the card cannot be withdrawn, refunded, or transferred to another account or card.
2. Usage of Top-Up Funds
- The funds added to the card can only be used for the services offered. The balance on the card remains available until fully utilized.
3. Errors and Disputes
- In case of any discrepancies or errors in the top-up amount, users must report the issue to customer service within 48 hours of the transaction. Concern uthority will investigate and rectify any valid errors but reserves the right to final judgment on any disputes.
