  • Visit the website: https://cashless.ktcl.goa.gov.in
  • Select the appropriate pass user (Student/Senior citizen/General) and fill in the details to register.
  • During the application process, you will be prompted to select a KTCL authroized location for pass collection
  • Visit the selected KTCL authorized localtion.
  • Provide a valid ID proof and pass amount.
  • You will receive a fully activated smart transit pass ready to use.

How to Renew Smart transit Pass

  • Visit our website: https://cashless.ktcl.goa.gov.in
  • Select “Renew Pass.”
  • Enter the card number and fill the application.
  • Visit the selected KTCL authorized localtion.
  • Complete the payment using UPI, credit/debit cards, or net banking.

How to Use the Smart Transit pass

  • The passenger has to tap the smart transit pass on the ETM carried by the conductor.
