Terms & Conditions for Smart Transit Pass

1. Pass valid for the route mentioned.
2. Pass is valid for 2 journey per day.
3. Pass not refundable OR extendable if not utilised.
4. In case of student, pass valid only for a person who is a full-time student in any recognised institute in Goa and has a valid ID.
5. Pass is not transferable.
6. This pass is valid up to the date of expiry shown on the pass and should be renewed on or before expiry.
7. This pass should be validated in the ETIM machine available with the driver/conductor daily and also to any other official of the Corporation when demanded.
8. Misuse of this pass is subject to its immediate seizure.
